Obituary of Donna Pauline FARWELL (nee Ens)

December 11, 1964 - New Westminster, British Columbia

January 7, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

Donna Farwell beloved wife of Glenn Farwell of Calgary, AB, went home to be with our Lord Jesus on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the age of 55 years.

Donna was born in New Westminster, British Columbia on December 11, 1964 and grew up in a loving Christian home. At a young age Donna gave her life to Jesus Christ and was baptized upon her confession of her faith at the age of sixteen. She was actively involved in the Pioneer Girls and Youth Group. Following graduating from Abbotsford Secondary School she attended Capernwray Bible School is Estes Park, Colorado. Donna moved to Calgary, AB in 1989 where she met the love of her life Glenn and they were married on May 16, 1992.

Besides her loving husband Glenn, Donna will always be remembered  with love by her father Rupert (Elma), brother Rodney (Charlene), nephews, Aaron, James (Rebecca), Jesse, Jamie (Jessica), Robert (Melissa), Ryan (Laura) and Matthew (Jessica); niece Mary-Jo, mother-in-law Josephine, brothers-in-law, Leonard (Cecilia), James (Cindy), and Mervin; as well as  numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Donna was predeceased by her mom Helen, father-in-law Vincent, and brothers-in-law, Kenneth and Lawrence.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB), on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
