Condolences
While we are confident in the knowledge that Eric has gone to be with his Lord and Savior we are saddened by his passing and will miss him dearly. He's been a family friend and business partner for almost 50 years. We experienced and appreciated his wit and his wisdom over these many years and our lives were enriched by having known him. In recent times, the regular Friday breakfast gathering at Ricky's was where many of us experienced some of his thoughtful insights into the world at large and were also the beneficiaries of his engaging and unique sense of humor. We fondly remember working with him on the Brentview Baptist church renovation/expansion when he was the lone voice of reason, persuading all of us to do it right (the second time).
We will remember Eric as a hard working and tenacious man, not without his flaws, but someone who could make you think and also make you smile.
We extend our deepest sympathies to Elsie, Cheryl, Kim, Troy, Marisa and your families. May God grant you His peace and comfort as you lay your dear husband and father to rest.
Sincerely,
Ed, Miriam, Marc, Barb, Grant, Shelagh, James and Dianne Sardachuk
