Obituary of Margot Lilias GRUENER

November 13, 1941 – Stirling, Scotland

January 22, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

Margot Gruener of Calgary, AB, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at the age of 78 years.

Margot’s career was spent with the Calgary Board of Education. She loved to travel, and sing. She enjoyed designing and making beautiful greeting cards. Margot wishes to thank everyone for the incredible support she received over many years since immigrating to Canada in 1967.

Margot will be missed and remembered by her sister and brother-in-law, Jeanette and Ted McCrae; her extended family, Jacqueline and Ian MacPherson and their children, Ellen and Alasdair; and David and Una McCrae and their children, Kate and Joe; as well as a large group of close friends.
