Janice Hornby of Calgary, AB passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the age of 73 years.

Janice is survived by her three sons, Ted (Lisa Bird) Hornby, Clay Hornby, and James (Kasandra) Hornby; five grandchildren, Zach, Arianna, Alyssia, Cierra, and Tienna as well as numerous extended family. Janice was predeceased by her husband Frank Hornby, her parents Bill and Jean Randall and her brother Brian.
