Condolences
My love to Janelle and all of her and Lorne’s family. One of my first memories of Lorne is from when I was very little. Our families were out for lunch after church and I asked Lorne about dessert. He said he was diabetic and couldn’t have any. I responded “not even ice cream?!” and he laughed. I know his family has a wealth of such gentle and loving memories of their own, and I know they will keep them close to their hearts.
Dear Janelle & Family, We will miss our dear friend Lorne. Looking forward to seeing him in heaven. ❤️

As a part of Lorne's extended family member, me & my whole family were truly privileged to have known Lorne.
Lorne was kind, light hearted & simple, soft spoken dedicated family man.
Must also say that he was very proud & genuine "Christian man". A man of true conviction & a great human being indeed.
Lorne, if you can see this or read our minds, you know that we love you & miss you... Until we meet again somewhere in this eternity.
We wish you eternal peace in the house of your savior Jesus Christ. We also thank you for all your religious teachings / discussions.
Thank you Lorne, for all the great memories....
God Bless
Dear Janelle and Family -- my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Lorne - I am grateful for being able to reconnect for a brief moment in time during an encounter at the Montgomery Safeway -- :)
May you find comfort in the many amazing memories of Lorne - I remember him always being so helpful in any situation that he faced -- he supported me in dealing with a car lot and their inadequacy in helping me with a car I purchased and he did some repairs on said vehicle as well -- he truly exuded the love of Christ to those that encountered him and I will always that memory of him close

Dear Janelle, please accept my condolences. We take solace in the fact that Lorne is now with Jesus, he is in a better place, no more pain or sorrow
Condolences to you and your family. Lorne’s Dad and Trevor were cousins and I was from Riverhurst so knew all of the family.
Trevor and Deanna Arnold (Davis).
Lorne was a neighbor of ours growing up at Riverhurst. I attended my first airshow in Moose Jaw with Lorne.
Our deepest sympathy to all his family from the Torrie family.
Sue and I and our family had the great privilege of knowing Lorne and Janelle for the past thirty years and enjoying many great times with them both (oftentimes at Swiss Chalet!) Lorne was one of the very few Christian men that consistently lived what he believed. He was always so enthusiastic about his faith and the Lord and was constantly looking for ways to spread the gospel in real and meaningful ways. Integrity, sincerity, passion, faithfulness and love were the hallmarks of Lorne’s life. And his precious family only further add to God’s richest blessing upon Lorne’s life. His infectious smile and how his face would light up when you shared the Lord with him. He never lost his first love and was a joy to be around! We do thank God for Lorne’s incredible life and we will miss him deeply.

Dear Janelle and family...
My heart aches for all of you for the loss of Lorne in your day to day life.
Investing his time, energy and love into his family has always been a cornerstone of his life.
My spirit has joy knowing that Lorne is in the love and presence of Father God... who Lorne held dearly to as the foundation of his life.
God bless you all with peace and the strength to carry on. david b.
