Obituary of Lau Kui YAM

February 9, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

Lau Kui Yam, beloved wife of the late Ping Him Tsang of Calgary, AB passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the age of 93 years.

Lau Kui was a kind and generous soul. Family was most important to her; Lau Kui loved spending time with her family. She especially cherished watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as they grew older and she was so proud of their accomplishments.

Lau Kui is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Chi Kin and Ada; grandchildren, Clement Luk, Raymond Luk (Queenie), Evelyn Lo (Chris), Patrick Tsang (Gloria), Edward Tsang, Benjamin Chan (Michelle), and Amy Chang (Jason); great-grandchildren, Chloe Luk, Ian Lo, Karina Lo, Kaitlyn Tsang, Liam Chan, Callum Chan, Nora Chang.

Lau Kui was predeceased by her husband Ping Him Tsang; and daughters, Cissy Tsang, Julia Tsang, and Sandy Tsang.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North Calgary, AB) on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.,
