It is with sad hearts we announce that Catherine (Cathy) Louise Auld (nee Porter) has passed away. Born in Medicine Hat on September 2, 1937, she settled in Calgary after marrying Ian Auld. We will miss Cathy’s resilience and zest for life and her love for her family and friends. Affectionately known by her family as the ‘Wombat’, she loved to travel, meet new people and had an active sense of curiosity. She always looked at the world through the eyes of love.

Cathy is survived by her children, Bonnie Wan, Laurie Dudley and Bruce Auld; her sons-in-law Clement and Scott; and her three beautiful grandchildren, Jennifer, Aaron, and Stephanie. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed on Cathy’s obituary at www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
