Jim Thomson, beloved husband of Edna Rose, passed away peacefully at the Southwood Hospice on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the age of 61.

Jim was born in Calgary and spent his entire life here. Jim was an avid golfer and enjoyed his weekend golf games at Nanton.

Jim is survived by his wife Edna Rose, three sisters, Shirley (Rick), Wendy, Teresa (Dwight); and brother-in-law Clay. Jim was predeceased by his father Stanley, mother Wilma, sister Susan and brother Don.

A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB) on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
