Obituary of Marie Rosalie SUECROFT

Marie Suecroft of Calgary, AB, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020 at the age of 64 years.

Marie was born in Edmonton, AB on July 7, 1955.  She lived in Edmonton and area until 1989.  After which she moved in and out of Kamloops, BC for about ten years, with her moving to Calgary, AB in 2012.

Marie was someone who would always listen to you, provide empathy and no judgement.  She was known as being one of the nicest, friendliest women, always with a smile to share and an ear to lend.

Marie enjoyed reading romance novels, playing cards, knitting, bingo, reading tarot cards and spending time with friends and family.
 
Marie is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Channelle Jacquelin Mae Suecroft of Chilliwack, BC, Deni Lynne Greaves of Calgary, AB, Jessica Marie Suecroft of Calgary, AB; Roba Abebe Desalegne of Calgary, AB and Scott Sidney Greaves of Calgary, AB; son and daughter-in-law, Brent Dennis Suecroft of Calgary, AB and Candice Suecroft of Calgary, AB; six grandchildren, Nola Staky-ya Suecroft of Calgary, AB, Ember Ardour Suecroft of Edmonton, AB, Ash Jade Forrest Sukerov of Edmonton, AB, Jordan Kale Greaves of Calgary, AB, Mason Maddox Suecroft of Calgary, AB and Taylee Marina Suecroft of Calgary, AB.   Marie is also survived by her three brothers and two sisters-in-law, David Suecroft of Drayton Valley, AB, Gary Suecroft of Castlegar, BC, James Suecroft of Edmonton, AB, Sylvia Suecroft of Spruce Grove, AB, Darlene Suecroft of Calgary, AB; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Diane Suecroft of Edmonton, AB, Shirley Suecroft of Leduc, AB, Leila Suecroft of Nanaimo, BC, and Derrick Mooney of Nanaimo, BC; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Marie was predeceased by her common-in-law husband Glenn Stecyk, mother Gladys Halladay, father Willaim Suecroft and brother Terry Suecroft.
