Obituary of John Patrick MORIARITY

Johnny passed away on March 5, 2020.

John was born in Bell Island, NL on July 4, 1939. He made his way out to Calgary in 1958 while playing guitar in a band. He worked in the paint and decorating business for over fifty years, first with Sherwin Williams and later Walls Alive.  Over the years he enjoyed golf, baseball, bowling and spending time with friends and family. He especially loved the many vacations he and Carol took to Hawaii.

Johnny is survived by his loving wife Carol, his wife of 58 years,  his sons, Martin (Kristina), John (Tara) and Chris (Debbie); grandchildren, Kevin, Brad (Chelsea) Kaylee (Carson Dales), Emilie and Anna; and three great-grandsons, Hunter, Wyatt and Finley.  He will be greatly missed by his brother Tom (Carmel); brother-in-law Alan (Joyce) Harvey; and many nieces and nephews.
