Condolences
My deepest condolences Marilyn, Amanda and Jocelin. Ken was a big part of my working years at the Calgary Sun and Calgary Herald. A kind, giving and generous person. May he rest in peace.

My heartfelt sympathy to the families of ken. Being from his home town of Hanley, I knew his mom Rose very well. My mother Cecilia and I would often visit Rose and that is where I would see Ken.
So very sorry for your loss.
My favourite memories of Ken are him and my mother, Lola Rozsa, joking at hockey games. Such a good sport, he put on the ugly pointed red hat she gave him to keep his head warm. Ken was kind enough to emcee a Rozsa Award for us which, of course, was done with engaging wit. His service on the CPO board was well-respected, and his contribution at the Calgary Tourism Advisory Board last year was meaningful with nary a hint of illness. Thanks Ken for your example, your faith, your vision, and your friendship.
Ken added a breath of fresh air to our city ~ he had vision of "what could be" beyond that of an ordinary man. His smile was filled with kindness that we, the people of Calgary, will miss. Thank you for sharing Ken with all of us. We feel sure he has been welcomed into the Kingdom with "well done my true and faithful servant!"
My deepest heartfelt sympathy and condolences to Marilyn, Amanda, Jocelin and all family and friends upon the passing of our beloved Ken King. To me Ken was the best boss I could ever hope for, a wonderful publisher, an inspirational leader always so kind and generous. I'm so proud to have had the opportunity to work with Ken, but most if all to call him my friend. Love and respect forever. Rest easy dear Ken. ❤
On behalf of all Calgary flames fans and Calgary stampeders fans my deepest condolences to his family and friends he was a pillar in the Calgary community who will be deeply missed Jim krueger
Ken had a heart that was purer than gold.

I miss you Uncle Ken. It is as simple as that.
Thanks for all you have taught me, and all the many, many laughs over the years.
Love you.
