March 21, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dr. Tom Amaolo of Calgary, AB, on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the age of 74 years.

Dr. Amaolo was a Chiropractor in Calgary for more than forty years. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and set up practice in Calgary in the 1960’s. A member of the CMCC President’s Club, Tom was instrumental in creating the first multi-disciplinary chiropractic clinic in Calgary and welcomed thousands of patients over the years. He retired in 2005 and enjoyed his retirement but missed his patients.

Tom Amaolo was a larger than life personality. He was fiercely loyal to his family, friends and patients. He was loved by many and we will miss his presences in this world.

Tom is survived by his long time love, Guylene Sene, his son Harley MacDonald (Stephanie), his beloved grandchildren, cousin Dianne Noton and Aunt Nell Amaolo. He was predeceased by his brother and chiropractic partner, Dr. Glen Amaolo in January 2014 and his parents, Ed and Theresa Amaolo of Regina.
