I was very saddened to hear about the recent passing of Mike. My sincere condolences to Evelyn and the entire family. I was working with Mike in Gillette Wyoming when he met Evelyn, and socialized him with him many times in Calgary afterwards. I also met Mike again, after many years, when he was working in Muscat, Oman. I will cherish the memories of our early seismic days together.
We are truly sorry to hear about Mike's passing. Mike was a very likeable person who never minded sharing his knowledge and always had great stories to tell.
He will definitely be missed but never forgotten.
Our deepest sympathy to Evelyn, Rachael, Kevin and family.
Dear Evelyn, Rachael, Kevin, Craig and Loralie,
We are deeply saddened by your loss, and send our virtual condolences. Mike will always be remembered by us and so many others as a great story teller and a loving husband and father. We always enjoyed hearing Mikes stories of the incredible places he had been. What we remembered even more than the stories was the smile on his face when his children or his the grand-kids were around. That smile told us how much he loved you all and how much he will be missed by you all.
We wish we could be there to give each of you a big hug of support. Our prayers will be with you and Mike.
God Bless You All
Rick and I send our deepest condolences for the loss of Mike. We are thinking of you at this very sad and difficult time.
Hearing of Mike's passing gave me a heavy heart and brought back so many happy memories of our times together as good friends all through school.
The amount of fun we had was insurmountable and mostly innocent! A truly good guy and my thoughts are with his family who can be proud of the man he was. Thanks for the memories Mike!

My sincerest condolences to his family and all who knew him. I worked with him on several Seismic Projects in the Middle East over the years and enjoyed the experience tremendously.
He was tough, straight talking and one of the most honest and direct people that I ever met
Very sorry to see him go

I am so sad to hear of the passing of Mike. He was intelligent, strong, independent, worldly and yet still a down to earth man. He did and would do anything for his family as he loved his wife so deeply. It is with deep regret that I seen and heard of his pain and battle in his last months. There was never anything too big or too impossible in his life that he could not over come with his ability to remain positive and strong. He was a modern day Super Hero to his families and friends. I am very honoured to be included in Evy and Mike's family life as we all shared good times and good laughs whether it was on the dance floor or in the range to the back yard BBQ. He told such good life stories of all his world travels and experiances. In his conversations he could capture the spirit of the moment as he kept everyone involved and included in making another memory with the adventure. Thank you for being a mentor, friend, educator and confidant in my life Mike. Your presence will be very much missed by me and everyone you touched in your exciting and fabulous life with Evy. xox Verley
