Dear Mimi and Victor, our deepest condolences. This Homily was texted in real time by my sister after Liam died. We hope the priest’s words will give you some measure of comfort. Love, Trixie In life, death comes in different orders. Some live to be 100, some are taken early. We all wish we could all go together so there won't be any goodbyes. But always remember God did it this way so that we learn to let go, and that the tears are a measure of how much we have loved. Remember that when we say good bye to someone, life is short. We are not meant for this life. At the opposite of our goodbye is a welcoming and happy hello. Many await us on the other side. A big reunion. Death doesn't dissolve ties. The love continues. They are with us. Just as we pray for them, they pray for us. The life on earth is not the one God has given us. Remember Jesus on the cross as he said to the good thief, today you will be with me in paradise? That's the life God has in store for us. Life on earth is not the life Christ died for on the cross for us. ========== The English Dominican, Father Bede Jarrett, put it beautifully when he prayed, "O strong Son of God, while you prepare a place for us, prepare us also for that happy place, that we may be with you and with those we love, for all eternity."
Dear Victor and Mimi and to the entire Turingan family .....our deepest sympathies on your loss as we accompany you during this painful time.
.
Mr T , as we fondly called him , always had a ready smile. His cheerful disposition made those brief holidays that we chanced upon him truly fun and memorable. He will always be fondly remembered.as we continue to offer masses and prayers for the eternal repose of his soul.
May the warmth and mercy of Christ’s love envelope you and your entire family in His consoling embrace.
Love..... Wyne, Ana and Miggy Burgos

Our deepest condolences to the family of grandpa Bill. My heart, thoughts and prayers goes out to you in your time of sorrow.
Love, Lester and Jessica Legaspi (neé Baladad)
Ninong Bill and my father in law go back to 1975. My father in-laws friend in the Philippines recommended Ninong Bill. When my father in law first arrived in Calgary, he called Ninong Bill and not knowing my father in law, he met up at the base of Calgary tower. Ninong Bill helped my father in law and his family settle down in Calgary and from there they became friends.
I remember Ninang Fe and Ninong Bill being so sweet. Every time we see them, they always greeted us with the biggest smile on their face and the first thing they would ask us is how's Diony and Pinang?
Last time we saw Ninong Bill was last year. We had lunch with him and Catalina. With our very busy schedule, we rarely see each other, but I was so happy he still remembers us. He had the biggest smile on his face and talked about how Ninang Fe and him use to walk in the mall and of course would remember my father in law.
Thank you Ninong Bill for helping the Baladad's settle in Calgary. We will forever be grateful for your kindness. We will miss you. May you Rest In Peace with Ninang Fe and in the hands of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our deepest condolences to the Turingan Family
