Condolences
May I extend my condolences to Marg's Family and Friends at this sad time.
We/I remember her well from our shared work-time at Domtar Packaging, Norampac and Cascades (same business under different ownership). She was extremely capable as our print die-mounter and was a valuable and highly-considered co-worker and yes, she called-out people and circumstances as she saw them or saw reason to comment...... Honest to a fault some might say and not afraid to speak her mind or defend her point of view.
Common sense, an appropriate sense of humour and a good laugh (unique to her) never failed her. If the job was done by Marg, then it was done correctly and on time and, usually, with good humour.
May our remembrances of Marg do her loving justice and may we remember a strong, independent woman: who lived a good life, loved her Family & pets, was a valued friend to many, was very good at her job and was most respectful to all.
Well done Marg and may You - Rest in Peace. Blessings to Marg"s Family.
Regards from a past co-worker, … Stewart Ford
Peggy, Kim, James, Cory and Family,
Our deepest condolences on the passing of your Mom and Grandma.
I will always remember her laugh, her crib playing skills and her incredible culinary creations!
May the good memories sustain and support you all during your time of grief.
With lots of love, Nadine and Mark xo
Dear Auntie Marg ... you are going to be missed by Dean and I ... we will always treasure our last few visits with you over the past years in Calgary - Dean has fond memories of living with you when he was young and needed a break from the 'toba. You would never scold him for his wrong doings (like leaving the stove on) but you politely told him how things work in life and what to do and what not to do. He says you were the best cook ever! He (Jean and Jim) would love your visits because they got a break from cooking. You always had a smile, a great cackle laugh and made everyone so welcome in your presence. We know you are filling Jean in on the world down here (and we know you will tell her as it is and there will be no sugar coating) Thank you for being you ... you are am amazing lady in life ... we may not be able to visit you in person but we know you are going to be taking care of everyone as you always did but now as an angel. Our thoughts are with our aunts and uncles, our cousins and their families as we all move forward with angel Marg ... xxxoooxoxo
