Obituary of Olivia WESLEY

January 31, 1975 – Calgary, Alberta
May 1, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with heavy hearts and sudden sadness we announce the passing of our loving daughter Olivia Wesley at the age of 45.

Olivia was born in Calgary, AB, and raised in Morley, AB. Our creator took her back with her mother Ramona Wesley by her side. Olivia was a very kind, loving, and quite generous person who had many friends wherever she went. She had a sense of humour and was always laughing when talking to people, and she will be heard when she is around. She had her education in Springbank and Calgary. In her younger years, she was a fancy dancer in Pow-Wows. She loved to design her dancing outfits with beadwork with her loving Mom. In her spare moments of her life, she liked to read her Bible, especially John 3:16. She always had playtime with her pet cat, Ren.

Olivia will be sadly and deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her loving boyfriend Jordan Reece and loving mother, Ramona Wesley, and loving father Buddy Wesley (Vicki). She is also survived by her adopted very special son Alonzo Drake Wesley and very special sister Carlena Wesley and son Collman Wesley, loving nephews Sebastian, Damien, and Donelly; brothers Ty (Larona and family), Bailey; sister Nakayo; nephews Chad (Nakaliyah and son); Devon (Sanessa and son);  niece Chrissy (Nikki and son and daughter); grandfather Sykes Powderface (Wynita, and daughter Heather) and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.  She was predeceased by her siblings, Donovan, Angelina, Pernell, special niece Aarona, and Christian, as well as maternal grandparents Ramona Wildman Sr., Henry Holloway Sr.; paternal grandparents Pete and Winifred Wesley.

A private family funeral service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Crowfoot, 82 Crowfoot Circle NW, Calgary, AB), on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.  Graveside Service to follow at Chiniki Cemetery (Morley, AB).  Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed on Olivia’s obituary at www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
