Condolences
Cindy and family,
We just heard and are very saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. We are very sorry for your loss.
We have lost touch over the years but we have a lot of good memories of the many times we spent together in our younger years! We were just talking about driving to Claresholm for supper with you guys and the time we went camping at Mara Lake with you. When Bill went parasailing the rope broke and the buckle came up and hit him in the head! Norm had to take him to the hospital in Enderby for stitches. Bill was always up for trying anything! He was a great guy!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!

My brother Bill was a gentle, positive and contented person. He loved life and was devoted to his family. The courage he showed in his battle with cancer over the last year and a half was worthy of a gold medal!! We will miss his calm and happy presence in our lives and send our ongoing love and support to Cindy, Chad, Carlie and their families as we acknowledge their deep loss. Jenna
My condolences to Cindy, Chad, and Carlie for the loss of Bill. My prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. There will
be a time when the wonderful memories you have will bring a smile and not a tear.

My big brother was always there for me when I needed him. We went on many hikes together and a few fishing trips. Bill and Cindy also showed me how to cook, whenever I was over to their place for a meal. I feel so honored to have had such a great man in my life, forever remembered and in my heart.
Cindy, Chad, Carlie and family,
We wanted to again send our condolences on Bill's passing. I'm not good at expressing in words our feelings, but will try my best.
Bill was such a special person, he always had a smile on his face, and was always so friendly, positive, patient and understanding in any situation.
His love for his family was amazing to see, he was continually playing with the kids (the kids were always yelling Grampa, Grampa!!!!), looking for his attention (and again he was always so patient and having so much fun).
Bill and Cindy, you made such a great couple together, you complimented each other and were always wonderful to be around (you definitely were soul mates!!!!!). Cindy, you couldn't have had a better husband and us a better brother-in-law, that we know.
Bill was also so very proud of both of you, Chad and Carlie. He loved you unconditionally and whatever choices you made he supported 100%. Again, as Moms and Dads go, you couldn't have had better.
When Bill was diagnosed he was so positive, never complained and was so very, very brave throughout all the treatments he endured. We admired him so much, he was so courageous during the whole ordeal. I remember seeing a picture of Bill with a smile on his face as he was having a treatment with a thumbs up, that was our Bill!!!!! . We'll keep that picture forever.
In closing, Bill's passing will leave a huge void in all our lives, he was always right in there when we had any family functions and at times would just sit back and smile at some of the antics we would get up to - we'll really miss that too.
Its so hard to express in words all his excellent features, Bill had so many, but I do know that we will miss him dearly and will always Love and think of Bill in our hearts forever.
Our love and thoughts go out to all of you. Take care of yourselves during this difficult time.
Just know that your Husband, Dad and Grandfather is looking down on all of you and will always Love and be there for you in wonderful thoughts and memories.
We're looking forward to celebrating his life, he's so deserving .
Lots of love,
Karen and Greg
