Obituary of Edward LEE

May 12, 1948 – Hythe, England
June 26, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

Ted Lee, beloved husband of Anna Ojstrand, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020 at the age of 72 years. 

Ted lived a very full life with a lot of traveling and he worked in a lot of different places in a total of six continents. He loved meeting new people and found it easy to connect with people wherever he went. One of his favorite things to do was to spend time with friends over a drink or a meal. He loved to entertain and made sure it was a pleasant time for everyone that was around. He never ran out of fun and interesting stories about places he had been to. 

He will be missed by a lot of people, but as he would say himself, “On On to new things.“

Here in Calgary Ted has left behind his wife Anna Ojstrand and their daughter Miranda Lee-Ojstrand. From his first marriage he left his son Simon Lee with family (Josephine, Hannah and Michael) of Sydney, Australia and daughter Annie Maddin with family (Rob, Abi and Oscar) of Royston, England. Ted was preceded by his parents, Andrew and Margaret (Goodman) Lee.
