Condolences
We have so many very fond memories of Carol and will never forget her. She was the sweetest sister-in-law, always making us feel so welcome when we visited or got together elsewhere.. Carol was John's loving and faithful companion for some sixty years. He could not have made a better choice. Carol will be sorely missed by all. Our sincere condolences to brother John and the rest of the family.

We were so saddened to hear of Carol’s passing. We have often thought of our adventures in Kenya, made all the more memorable because of Carol and her family. So glad to have the opportunity to spend time with all of you. Our thoughts remain with you.

so sad to read of Carol's passing. Heartfelt condolences to John and to Carol's family. A great loss.
Very sorrowful to hear of Carol's passing. It's a while since seeing or speaking to Carol and John but you have both been in my thoughts many times over the past years. I think back to some pretty hefty days at Mecalta Industries with great fondness and warm memories of you both and your family. My sincerest and warm condolences.

I would like to express my sincere condolences to John and the family.
I have so many good memories of Carol. She was the glue that held the team together during the difficult times on the Propak Polish and New Zealand projects. She was John's strong supporter and loving wife, mother figure to the young employees and kept the field office running smooth. She was always cheerful and ready to listen to everyone's concerns and provided the necessary support and guidance. She also played a good golf game and made great meals. Carol, God will take good care of you until John joins you in heaven.

Carol, such a wonderful mother and grandmother, had a way of making everyone feel good. Her memory will live on in her family and friends forever ❤️
I will really miss Carol, she was always ready to laugh. Having married into a Dutch family, she was such a good sport in trying to understand what was being said when we inadvertently reverted to our mother tongue. I still chuckle to remember when Carol and John had a St. Bernard dog (dog sitting?) that was almost twice the size of Carol and it kept knocking her off balance. It was not around for very long. Carol had a heart of gold, and people were always welcome in her house. My prayers are with John and the family at this difficult time. Goodbye dear sister-in-law. Henrietta Meyer Johnson
We are saddened to hear of Carol's passing. I'm glad we had a chance to visit with both John and Carol when we were in Alberta last. She was so sweet, and smiled the entire visit. Our thoughts and prayers are with John and the family as they navigate through this difficult time.

We have shared many great adventures with Carol and John in our airstreams. We have so enjoyed sharing time together and hearing about their own personal adventures from their wedding, to working overseas to their travels. Carol was always smiling and cheerful, ready to lend a hand at our rallies. I am holding up a glass of wine ... cheers to you Carol. You are loved and will be greatly missed.
