Obituary of Pamela Ann LAZETTE (nee Breen)

It is with broken hearts, we announce Pamela Lazette, passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on Friday, July 17, 2020 at the age of 62.

Pam was born and raised in Calgary, AB having grown up in the close-knit community of Inglewood. It was here she met her future husband, Ken, in Grade 1. Throughout their Thirty-three years of marriage, Pam and Ken travelled the world together. She had a career she loved, at Guardian Insurance, where she made friends that have lasted a lifetime. She enjoyed camping with friends and family, planning her next vacation and true crime books and TV.

Pam was a bright light that left an impression on everyone who met her. She always had a smile on her face, and the loudest laugh in the room.

Pam is lovingly remembered, and deeply missed by her husband Ken Lazette, son Ken Lazette Jr., daughter Heather Lavoie (Thomas), three grandchildren, Kendra, Larissa and Jackson; and sisters, Cathy Breen (Beth) and Debbie Wournell (Doug). Pam was predeceased by her father George Breen.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Chapel of the Bell’s- McInnis & Holloway Funeral Home (2720 Centre Street N) on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. COVID-19 restrictions in place. If friends so desire, memorial donations in Pam’s name may be made directly to YW Sheriff King Home (2003 16 St SE, Calgary, AB).
