Condolences
I joined Nancy's team October 1998 to work on the ATB account at ISM. She had nerves of steel, patience and calm; she was a natural leader. I frequently refer my team back to the person who showed me how to lead with curiosity and in some cases ask, what would Nancy say. She's the best and will always be with us
It's very sad to hear of Nancy's passing. I worked with Nancy at ISM/IBM and it was years of fun, laughter and full bellies - I've never had a ginger-snap that came close to her's… Perfection! My thoughts and condolences are with each and everyone of you, she was a favourite to many more of us as well.

Sad to hear of Nancy's passing. I was a classmate of Nancy's for most of Grades 1-12 in Bow Island. She was always incredibly bright, hard-working, talented and spirited. My deepest sympathies to Nancy's family, friends and co-workers.
Our interactions with Nancy were always pleasant. As neighbours of her Mom's, we watched Nancy when she came to Coaldale for visits; she worked like an Olympian! Always immaculately groomed - even while gardening, she was a very pretty sight to see.
We, too, enjoyed her delicious rum cake. Our hearts go out to all her family. Sincerely, Linda and Keith Flaman
To Nancy’s Family and Friends:
Thank you so much for sharing your Wonderful Daughter and Sister, Favorite Aunt and Close Friend with those of us who have been so fortunate to work with and get to know Nancy. I’ve been blessed to know and work with Nancy since 1997, and all of my memories are of her being awesome in every way. I was so excited when Nancy joined our AHS IT Access Services in January 2016, which is the first opportunity I had to be on the same team with her. Nancy was always dedicated to excellence in both work and fun times.
My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.
I used to work with Nancy to respond IT security incidents or security breach investigations while we worked at Calgary Health Region. She always was the most reliable and trusted co-worker. I could count on her promptly response and work ethic.
Her Chocolate Rum Cake was the most favorite Christmas gift for my friends.
Thank you to my friend, Nancy, for everything has done for me; you will be missed.
I loved Nancy with all my heart...I cannot believe she is gone. I will think of her everyday of my life. What an incredible beautiful person.
So Nancy's previous cat was named Comet. She adopted a brother and sister from the Meow foundation and she named them Dasher and Dancer. I asked her one time why she called them that and she said she was carrying on with the Reindeer theme. Who knew.
I have been told so many wonderful stories from people of how generous Nancy was with her time and her cooking. Everyone has a tale of the Chocolate Rum cakes. Her house was always meal central for all.
Nancy was very well respected by people that knew and worked with her. She will be missed by many many people.
I feel it was my privilege to count her as my friend.
I used to talk to Nancy quite a bit when I worked on the Service Desk with Alberta Health Services. She was my go to person and she was always cheerful and very helpful. Although I never got to meet her face to face, she left a great impression and I knew I could count on her when I needed her. Rest in peace Nancy.
