Obituary of Beverly Ray KING

April 24, 1928 – Pontiac, Michigan February 23, 2018– Calgary, Alberta Beverly “Bruce” Ray King passed away on February 23, 2018 at the age of 89 years. Bruce resided in Calgary for over twenty years and loved his adopted city. He was a true Flames and Stamps fan and a patron of Spruce Meadows. His unending passion was his career as a Canadian Tire dealer. He strove his entire life to be the absolute best at it that anyone could be and by all accounts achieved a huge measure of success through his determination and hard work. A lifelong traveler, with his late wife Barbara, Bruce had the great fortune to see a great many parts of the world in his lifetime. A self-taught, self-made man with a quick mind and generous spirit, he will be sorely missed. Bruce is survived by his son William, his two sons and their wives, Bradley and Kaley, and Ryan and Irina; his daughter and her husband Patricia and Roland; his son Robert and his children Mikayla and Alexander; four great-grandchildren, Damian, Natalia, Alexis and Carter; and five nieces and nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Barbara. A Celebration of Bruce’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street S.E., Calgary, AB) on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
