Obituary of Pavel Dally Chase BIGPLUME (Daniels)

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend, Pavel on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at the age of 27 years.

Pavel “OG” was an outstanding hockey player with many medals from his hockey accomplishments. We can’t forget his rodeo days of which he has travelled far to attend and competed as a boy steer rider. He really prided himself in making his own money employed by Tsuut’ina Agriplex, Simon Enterprises Ltd. and Bigplume Enterprises Ltd. He was a strong, hardworking young man, always so willing to lend a helping hand and never said no.

Pavel is survived by his father Jarret Daniels, brothers Ace, Kadrian, and Cassidy; sisters Jarita and Chalsea; niece Stella; nephew, Makaiis;  grandparents, Rex Daniels and Eleanor Rolling Mud, who raised him in Eden Valley; uncles, Binky, Dallas, Curtis, Dean and Terry; and aunties, Wanda and Karen. Pavel was predeceased by his mother, Sherri Dawn Big  Plume, maternal granny Arlene, grandpa Carl, cousins, Baby Brian, Theo, Adam, Austin and Mercedes Daniels; great-granny Louise Big Plume, paternal grandfather, Garvin Rollin Mud, aunty Leanne Daniels

All of his siblings and cousins children  adored uncle Pavel. He was loved by both of his families in Eden Valley and Tsuut’ina Nation. Pavel had many friends from childhood, cousins, hockey team mates, cowboy friends from the rodeo trail, extended families and relatives who will miss him dearly.

Thank you to all who took care of Pavel, he will be deeply missed.

Wake Services will be held at the residence of Wanda Crowchild, Tsuut’ina Nation, AB, on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Funeral Services will be held at Bullhead Community Hall (Bullhead Road) on Monday, August 31 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Big Plume Cemetery (Tsuut’ina Nation, AB). Traditional Feast will be held at the residence of Wanda Crowchild (Tsuut’ina Nation, AB) immediately following the graveside.
