Condolences
I am sorry to hear of your loss of Bumble bee.l babysat her in Pincher Creek.her parents Bennie and Florence were family friends.Bumble Bee always had time to play with my young son when l visited the family in Bowness. My sincere condolances .Zig Riviere Serna.
Bumble was alway “down-to-earth” and “real”.
In the early years, I have fond memories of daily visits, doing crafts and baking together. She made the best sugar cookies and peanut butter cookies!
In later years, we had craft sessions, not as often, due to her health, and living in different cities.
I will miss you, dear sister. I am thankful to have been part of your life. We will see each other again.
FOREVER BE...BUMBLE BEE
Barb and I met through a mutual friend. I remembered her from highschool she was a year ahead of me, but we were not friends until I was in grade 12. After I finished we became fast friends. We were close when our children were small. Sometimes wouldn't see each sometimes for years, busy with our lives, raising children, working. When we saw each other again its like no time had passed. As or grandchildren came along and we a had a bit more time we would visit to catch up do crafts and many cups of tea. More recently our frequent phone calls, facetimes and visits. How I miss you my friend, our early morning conversations. You were always so bubbly and positive right to the end.
Love Always Kathy
So sorry for you all, we had such fun as kids, family reunions , Candi’s wedding and a couple of later visits, she was amazing, am sorry we let our busy lives keep us apart. I do not know the daughters well but we will change that, Barb and Darryl had such an amazing sense of humour. Love you all! Marie Carlson Harder
For all of you. Just a note to let you know where she got her nickname that has stuck with her all her life. As a young child. She was # 4. But as a youngster she liked to bite Berna & I. We lived on the farm at the time and there were a lot of bees So she became “Bumblebee”
