Mrs Grasby was one of my moms dearest friends. I remember when I was expecting my first child she finished a quilt for my oldest son. With my second child, she was volunteering at the thrift store, found an embroidered fabric piece and took it home and quilted it for my baby. Always thinking of others, always kind and gentle.
