A woman of diverse interests and talents, she enjoyed painting and sketching, gardening, travelling, fishing, cooking, dancing, and regularly engaged in activities like racquetball, tennis and bike riding, going to the beach, and drinking “mate” with family.  A few of her most memorable vacations included her yearly trips to Uruguay to see her family; her trip to Spain during Easter of 1973 with her husband Alcides, and her children, Anabella and Eduardo; and her trip to Italy in 1988 with Alcides and her daughter Sylvia.

She will be most remembered for her vivacious personality, superb cooking, and her desire to always bring her family together.

Blanca is also survived by her two brothers, Julio César and Victor Hugo; and many relatives in Uruguay, Argentina, Guatemala, and the USA.

Blanca is predeceased by her loving husband of forty-eight years Alcides Riccetto, her parents, Maruja Tello  and Gervacio Capó ; and her siblings, José Gervacio (Chichito), Roberto (Tito), Carlos, Olga, and Alfredo.
