Obituary of Clifford James LAW

March 13, 1930 – Sawyerville, Quebec
October 25, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

Clifford Law, beloved husband of the late Helen Law of Waiparous Village, AB, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at the age of 90 years.

Clifford will be remembered as an accomplished and fierce participant in team sports in his younger years, for his successful career with IBM that lasted thirty-three years, and his helpful nature in retirement, assisting others in the construction projects, repair of most any piece of machinery or electronics, as well as his counsel to and support of his many neighbours and friends.   He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.  

Cliff had many interests and tirelessly worked on his varied projects building, repairing and restoring.   His projects included the construction of the log home in the Village of Wiaparous that he built in the early 1960s and eventually retired to in 1986.  He also very much enjoyed square dancing which he and along with his wife Helen participating in for more than twenty-five years. 

Clifford will be missed by family and all those he met and befriended.

Clifford is survived by three children, Heather, Sandra, and Bradley; four grandchildren, Allison, Kimberley, Jacob, and Meghann; and his great-granddaughters, Amelia and Kailana.
