Obituary of Gary David PITTS

Gary Pitts of Calgary, AB passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at the age of 64 years.

Gary was born in Kitchener, ON on January 13, 1956 moving to Calgary, Alberta shortly thereafter where he remained for the rest of his days. Early in life Gary enjoyed success in football and went on to pursue a career in electronic repair. He had a passion for gardening and also enjoyed fishing and many other sports activities. 
 
Gary is survived by his six sons and four daughters-in-law, David, Matthew (Patricia), Braden (Michelle), Daniel, Adam (Jannelle), and Greg (Carol) all of Calgary, Alberta; and fourteen grandchildren, Taku, Mika, Chloe, Avery, Jaydon, Trinity, Elexis, Logan, Alyssa, Atticus, Montana, Payton, Bayln, and Rauri all of Calgary, Alberta. Gary is also survived by his eight brothers and eight sisters, Shona, Doug (Laurie), Les, Sid (Cecilia), Bob (Terry), Bill (Joan), Peggy (Cam), Dick (Marg), Allen, and Joan; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his beloved dog Gyzmo. Gary was predeceased by Gordon Pitts, Marion Smith and many aunts and uncles.
    
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB), on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.  Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed on Gary’s obituary at www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
