Obituary of Mary Elizabeth FOCHUK (nee Turner)

August 3, 1937 – Edmonton, Alberta
November 2, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

Mary Fochuk passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020, at the age of 83 years.

Mary married William (Bill) Fochuk on July 15, 1961, and they remained married for fifty years. She was a long-time member of the Anglican Church Women (ACW).

Mary is survived by her children, Gary (Lynn), Daryl, Cheryl (Blair) and Chris (Leah); grandchildren, Randi, Taylor, Will, Caytie, Megan, Sara, Ryley and John; great-granddaughter Rayne, sisters, Helen Bowers and Patricia Thachuk (Bob); brother David Turner, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her husband Bill Fochuk, sister Margaret and brothers, Bill and Cy.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North Calgary, AB) on Sunday, November 8, 2020, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Due to Covid 19, a Celebration of Mary’s Life will be held on a later date to be determined.
