Condolences
I was very sad to hear about Giuseppe, we had fun in the months we were in the hospital together. Rest In Peace my buddy I am going to miss talking to you.
Joseph never complained about his struggles in life and never got caught up in vices to help deal with them.He was strong of character and thought of others. He offered to help me and my 7 year old son along with Arthur move out of my apartment 20 years ago.The hallway was extremely long as he went about carrying box after box shuffling along at a snail's pace as it was a struggle for him to walk let alone walk and carry boxes and never once complaining.I was glad to return the favour with my pickup truck helping him move out of Barb's in Jan.'19 to an apartment in Bridgeland. He also came out with Russell to my house in the country for a few days 13 years as I was going through chemo treatments for cancer wihich was a comfort to me.He went much too young.(isn't there a saying about that?)Rest in peace Joseph........Brigitte Rye.
Josep was always polite and very humble, "thank you for coming" is his word that I hear when ever I remember him!!!
Rest in peace my dear friend!
Joseph was always a very accomplished individual who had a very good heart and never let his handicap become a barrier. Well known for his friendly personality and positive attitude towards life. My condolences to the Portincasa family, his smile will be forever missed. Linda Wong & Family
Joe as I knew him was a very special guy always a smile on his face with all the adversary in his life....Gods speed Joe
Joseph was a very kind, compassionate and caring individual. Like Jesus himself, he bore every cross with dignity. He could always see the goodness is his life. No matter the challenge, he never stopped fighting. He was always able to muster up a smile - the consistent window into his soul that he shared so freely.
I was privileged to get to know Joseph and count him as a friend. While I will miss him, I also know that he is in a better place with God and the souls that passed before him.
My deepest condolences to Joseph's fine family especially Maria his guardian angel. Keep Giuseppe in your heart and he will be with you forever.
Joseph will be missed. I always enjoyed seeing his familiar face in seminars and found his sharing to be heartfelt and inspiring. Rest In Peace, Joseph.
Traveling to the Dominican with Giuseppe and the Franciscans was a great time. He was a blessing to us all. We turned left and the rest of the team turned right. Were lost for a few hours but Captain Denis finally came to our rescue. Lots of laughs except for his wee bout with a stomach bug. Certainly a trip to remember
Blessings and comfort --he'll be missed
