Obituary of Mary May Livingston

April 30, 1928 - November 17, 2020

Mary Livingston, beloved wife of Leonard Livingston, and mother of Diane and Donna, passed away at the age of 92 on Tuesday, November 17, 2020.

Mary was born in Lethbridge, AB on April 30, 1928, the youngest of six children. She married Leonard Livingston in 1954, and they moved to Calgary in 1956. She worked at Eaton’s and Sears cash office and volunteered with the Golden Age Club and the CNIB.  Mary was an excellent cook and baker. She enjoyed swimming, walking, bowling, and golf.

Mary is survived by her husband Leonard, her daughter Diane (Alan) and granddaughter Liz; and her daughter Donna (Naushad) and grandchildren, Nadia (Seth), Diana and Aidan. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew. Mary was predeceased by her parents, and her brothers and sisters.

We are very appreciative of the excellent care and attention given to her by the staff of Carewest Glenmore Park and the Rockyview Hospital.

A private family memorial will be held at a future date. In her memory, donations would be gratefully received by the CNIB Foundation or Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
