Obituary of Andrew Torrie HOLLOWAY

November 24, 2020 – Morley, Alberta

Andrew Torrie Holloway, was called home by our Creator on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the age of 32 years.

Torrie was a kind, quiet, humble, and loving person. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his cousin Dontae, who he cherished the most. He loved cooking for everyone who was at his grandmother’s place. He enjoyed playing golf and swimming. He played hockey for the Morley Pee-Wee team. In 1996 he went to Edmonton Provincials to play hockey playoffs. He attended Morley school. In later years he received a diploma for accomplishing upgrading at the Chiniki College. He also helped his father building fences.

Andrew is survived by his mother Almeria Holloway, his father Andrew Snow, his brother Des Holloway, his special cousin Dontae, his grandmother Mazine Holloway, uncle Andrew Pooreagle, his auntie Gisselle Holloway, cousins, Stryker Holloway, Stephane Holloway , Sajid Holloway, Casper Holloway, Camron Holloway, Javen Holloway, Icess Holloway, and Icelyn Holloway; his great-grandpa Horace Holloway, his second uncle Martin Rider (Vera), his second auntie Carol Crawler, and his nephew Malik Holloway. He is also survived by numerous aunties, uncles, and cousins from the Snow, Holloway, Wildman, Ear, Daniels, Wesley, and Simeon families. We apologize if we have missed anyone.

Andrew was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Nelson Ear and Ruby Snow; his uncle Terry Snow, his second auntie Rhonda Holloway, his maternal grandmother Tina Holloway ( nee Wildman), his uncle Des Courtland Holloway, his cousins, Rula Holloway, Monty Holloway and Conrick Holloway; and by his grandfather Paul Daniels.

Wake Services will be held at the residence of Maxine Holloway (Morley, AB) on Saturday, December 5, 2020. Funeral Services will be held at the residence of Maxine Holloway (Morley, AB) on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Bearspaw Cemetery (Morley, AB).
