Condolences
Our sincere condolences and our thoughts and prayers to all my cousins in Calgary. All though it was may years ago that aunt Dodie visited Minnesota, I will cherish the visits we had while she stayed at moms (Shirley). She was a joy to be around and I know mom enjoyed her company greatly. She will be missed by all who knew her. Thank you also for allowing us to view the memorial service. God bless you all and stay safe. Linda and Dave Linbo and Family.
Thank you to my Canadian cousins for providing us an opportunity to view the memorial service of Dotie. We were able to view it with mom (Shirley) and we all were gratful to be able to pay our respects. It was a beautiful tribute to such a caring woman like your mother. May the good memories of your mother stay with you always. God bless you all and stay safe.

Maryn and family, Our sympathies to you as you grieve the loss of your Mom.
She was such a beautiful lady inside and out. Hugs, Barb and Ken Goosen
I’m so grateful for the few times that I was able to share with Dodie at the home of Maryn and Bob. She was a warm, caring and very sweet person. My deepest condolences to the family. Dodie will be missed.
Dodie had a great sense of humor, always a joy to be around - we'll really miss taking her to church, getting buckled into the back seat of our car - she was the smallest so had to sit snuggly in the middle between our other two passengers, always made us chuckle with her quick wit. We will certainly miss her. Our sincere condolences and our thoughts and prayers to all her family. Remember the happy times, the many good memories.

Always a beautiful lady, inside and out.

My Deepest Condolences to Dodie's families and friends everywhere. I met Dodie at First Lutheran Church in 1985 and she has always been so friendly to me-- always beckoning to me to sit with her and other ladies for coffee after church or always asking how are my children and my mother ( when my mom was still alive). She was a sweet lady. Dodie will surely be missed. May her beautiful soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
Rena and Family.
I am so saddened to hear of Dodie’s passing. She was among the first to welcome me to First Lutheran Church many years ago and was always a friendly face Sunday mornings. I regret that due to Covid we are unable to gather and share in this time. I would have loved to help sing you to your rest ❤️
Dodie, a fine dressed gal, who enjoyed a good cup of coffee. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed so many activities with the ladies at First Lutheran and Young at Hearts. I can still picture her in her choir gown, and helping out at the church, prepping crafts for summer camp. My mom Loraine N and I reminisce of times they shared together...car trips/camping, theater outings and events with friends here in town. There was always funny antics as their time shared together brought many joyful memories. She will be deeply missed by many, but her LOVE shared lives on with all those who had been blessed to know her.
Our heartfelt condolences to all family members and friends for their loss in one so dearly loved.
Peace be with you
Loraine and Liz

Hey, these pictures are great! Wish I had time to dig out some of my mom's old pictures of your annual summer trips to Minnestoa. Loved the shopping trips we girls would take with our moms. Always the highlight of my summer to see your family. You Canadians and your funny names for things: bubblers, chesterfields, rubbers (erasers!) All of the siblings enjoyed having your mom make the rounds and stay each house. It was something real special when Dodie was coming!! It's always hard to say good bye to our parents, no matter the age. I pray the void her passing creates, will be filled with other love and memorable times. Her earthly life has come to fruition, but her memories will live on, as well as her beautiful soul. Prayers for peace, and may God comfort you as no one else can.
Love, Cousin Rhonda from the Land of 10,000 Lakes (or mud puddles as Maryn and Sonja referred to them!)
