December 26, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta
Ken Caldwell of High River, AB, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020, at the age of 82 years.
Ken was born in 1938, in Hillspring, AB, where he grew up. He met a girl from down the road in Pincher Creek who stole his heart. In 1960, he married that girl, Evelyn Janzen. They were blessed with four children; first with Wesley in 1962, followed by their daughter Donna in 1964, Timothy in 1966, and Travis in 1967. Ken worked a number of jobs in his younger years, before becoming a school teacher where he made some life-long lasting impressions. From teaching, he moved on to the oil and gas industry, which eventually led him to an instructor position, training personnel in the energy sector around the world.
Rest in Peace Grandpa, say hi to Grandma. We miss you…
Ken is survived by his four children, Wesley (Indira), Donna (Andrew), Timothy (Jackie), and Travis (Janine); nine grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Ken was predeceased by his loving wife Evelyn.
