Obituary of Elsie VORNBROCK

December 23, 1925 – Coleman, Alberta December 30, 2017 – Calgary, Alberta Elsie Vornbrock, beloved wife of seventy-one years to Arnold Vornbrock, passed away peacefully at the South Calgary Health Campus on December 30, 2017 at the age of 92 years. Elsie enjoyed a wonderful long marriage with Arnold and they had a close and loving family and many dear friends in the Lake Bonavista area. Elsie especially enjoyed when the family would gather together for any reason and she will be truly missed. Besides her loving husband, Elsie is also survived by her children, Tom (Pat) and granddaughter Tracy (Kevin), Gord (Sharon) and grandsons, Rob and Joe (Angie), Kathy Johnson (Roger) and Don (Donna). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Bethany and Matthew. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church (1600 Acadia Drive S.E., Calgary, AB) on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the church.
