Condolences
I just learned of Yogi's passing today, The news has deeply saddened me. I am a new friend/neighbour from the next building. I had some great chats with Yogi which started with him saying "isn't it great to be a northerner". We shared stories of his time in North Bay Ontario, my home town. I was so looking forward to more chats about our mutual friends etc.
Even though I only knew him for a year or so, I considered him a friend. RIP Yogi and sympathies to your family.

Dear Velma & Family,
We were very sorry and sad to hear of Yogi's passing. He was a true friend and a keen competitor.
He will be missed by many.
Mike & Marg Zwyer
Such a kind, generous, big hearted man who we are so happy to have known. Trips to California, wine tasting, and backyard chats are memories gathered over the years. Prayers and love to you all, Kathy and family
Velma & Family:
It is hard to say goodbye to Yogi. We have been friends since 1964 in that little German Village where we first met during our postings to Europe. It was the best of times but without family contact we quickly became family and supported each other. The measure of a man like Yogi is that he has never changed and Fran & I loved him for that.
We feel your loss. These past two years have been the saddest for us but our memories buoy us up and the special times we had with you all will sustain us. May your memories of such a wonderful man keep his spirit alive and fill your hearts for the time ahead.
