Vic was my first Supervisor when I started C.P. Rail, Ogden Shops Steel Car Shop Track 51 back in September, 25th, 1981, the start of my 35 year career with the railroad. Such a super nice guy.

Our sincere condolences to "All" your family in this sad and trying time. I have so many memories of visiting the Bull house in my youth. All I can say is, he was one brave husband and father with all those women.
Sending hugs to all of you,
Patsie and Ed Price
I was saddened to hear of Uncle Vic’s passing. I will always remember the good times Ron & I had at Chestermere all those years ago. Hugs...
Yvette.
We will never forget Vic, he was the original Poppa in our life. He was always so willing to help us with advice on how to fix things around the house, or put the kettle on to make me tea in the mornings.
Poppa liked his coffee too strong for me, so I was the morning tea granny.
I'll especially NEVER forget the summer days when tubby little Poppa tried his hardest to teach our Daniel to ride a bike.
He ran behind that bike, let go and hoped Dan wouldn't fall. When Dan fell, he'd pick him up and try again. That vision will stay with me forever. There he was, not related to us in any way other that friends, treating us like family. More so treating my son like he was his grandson.
Thank you Vic for including usl in family breakfast at Denny's and for adopting us all those summers ago. We will remember you always. Rest easy now, your earthly journey has ended. We are deeply saddened by your passing.
Enjoy being reunited with Bev and Kathy.

So sorry to hear the sad news. My thoughts are with you and your families.
To the Bull family....
I will never ever forget your dad I was so happy to live next door to him.! He meant the world to my kids especially my boy BRYAN.
Bryan spent a lot of time with your mom and dad, especially took to your dad who taught him how to ride a bike and would get his bike out and ride in park with him. Your dad helped me a lot at my own home fixing stuff. I will never forget going home from work and there is Vic putting new stairs at my back door. There are so many things that will stay in my soul, Bryan and I sit and chat about Gumpa Bull a lot. Bryan was very sad to hear the news. Your dad left a foot print on my son's heart as well as mine, RIP VIC You will always be remembered by us.

Sorry for the loss of your dad. Vic was the neighbourhood watch of Millican. You could always see him sitting in the window having coffee with friends and family. He was well known in our community and now is gone but will never be forgotten. God speed Vic.
