Condolences
My cherished memories of Joel and his wonderful family is from Brooks during the 70's. I remember his radio show and his cheery outlook on life. I am saddened to know he suffered for years and that he has left us. He has joined his savior whom he had served well. Gone, but not forgotten. May God comfort his family.
My deepest condolences to Joel's family. I met Joel on a dream interpretation website, and we remained email friends for 24 years. We never met in person, but he was always there to encourage me with his words and lighten my heart when I was going through difficult times. I will miss my dear friend.
Dearest family, Aunt Esther, Lynda, Steve & Shirley Akin.
This is cousin Lary York, wife Carol.
Our hearts and prayers are with you all, through your sorrows! For my family here, In Ohio...I rejoice, in knowing Joel is reborn-renewed and with the FATHER IN HEAVEN, and is surrounded by those that have gone before him! In My minds eye, I can visualize seeing him dancing with GREAT JOY with all family, angels, and the Heavenly Father!
I pray that I too, when my days are at an end...want to be counted...among those found worthy to enter the kingdom of heaven ! WE LOVE YOU ALL.
Sorry to know that Joel has passed away as his absence will leave a void that's unfillable for you. God tells us that to be absent from the body is to be present with him if we are believers in him, therefore we believe Joel suffers no more. He is in the loving hands of Father God. Yet those left to cherish his memory and long to have one more chat with Joel, your hearts will be heavy for a time. Trust in God to help you be stronge and fill your hearts with precious memories, God will carry you through to find comfort and peace in His Name. Loving Memories of our time together in Gwinn, MI.
