Condolences
I was a student of Jim at SAIT almost 10 years ago and I remembered him suddenly through a friend during a conversation. I was searching online to find him to reach him out but I’m deeply saddened to see his obituary page!! Jim Christie was such a good instructor and was always polite to his students. I was a student of colour and was new to Canada at that time. But Jim was always patient with me during his lectures and always helped me very well! He was a passionate instructor and most of all, a great human being. I really miss him now and all my memories about him are filled with his lovely smile and his humbleness. You will always be remembered by your students, Jim! We miss you! Our Sincere Condolences to Jim’s family on behalf of all the thousands of students that Jim had SAIT! ❤️
Our love and hearts are with Muna and the family.
Jim put up a tremendous fight a witness to us all.
We so loved our teas, breakfasts and lunches with Jim and Muna, also his incredible knowledge of computers, he came to our rescue on many occasions.
Rest in peace Jim we will miss you greatly.
