Condolences
My fondest memory of Auntie Mavis is Karen and I playing cards with her at the beach .... for money!!! I remember we each had about $5 on the table in nickels, dimes and quarters. But the best part was all the goodies that she used to bring out every night. Chips, chewy candies, chocolate and of course, licorice nibs!
Sad to hear this. I was just a little girl when she was married to my uncle Loran but remember what a beautiful and classy lady she was. Our whole family has always held her in high regards. My sincerest condolences to Mavis's family and friends. Rest in Peace

Sincere condolences to Mavis' Family in your loss. We worked together at The City, and I enjoyed Mavis's company.
Fortunately I did last see Mavis out for a walkie with her dog on The Bowness Bridge awhile ago, and we had a visit.
She always spoke so highly of her Family and The Resort...
Sincerely, Bruce Dunlop
Our sincere condolences on the loss of your dear Mavis.
Moose Bay 60s memories hanging around the concession with Patsy & her grown up sisters.
My siblings Dolly & Windy Erhardt (now passed), were friends with those lovely sisters.
The Melville kids are waiting up there with hugs for Mavis. They will all be together reminiscing & laughing, I am sure.
With caring & sympathy to all of Mavis’ family and friends.
