Condolences
My condolences to Peter’s family ..to his loving wife Shirley, daughter Sarah (and her family), to his siblings and their families, to all his friends whose lives were touched by his kindness ...(I ‘m one of them ...)
Peter, thank you so much for the wonderful friendship, for loving Paul and me as your own family, for the memories that I will keep in my heart and treasure forever ....memories that will bring laughter and tears, happiness and sadness ...Thank you for being a constant part of my “support system” when Paul was suddenly called to come home to our Creator. Not everyone is fortunate and blessed to have such a wonderful friend like you ...RIP my “ brother “ and bestfriend ....And I promise , I will be there for your wife the way you were there for me, giving me support and praying for me when I needed them most..I know how much you loved her and and same with Shirley. She loves you so much. With the help of our Almighty God, Shirley and I will find peace and serenity someday.... the acceptance of living our lives without you and Paul by our sides, knowing and believing that you two are in the loving arms of God now, no more tears, no more pain , no more emptiness... always happiness, fullness, feeling the great love and faithfulness of God. RIP
.
I remember first meeting Peter in the summer of 1956, when his family moved to Montreal. In Sept, we were in the same 5th grade classroom at Immaculata school, and continued in the same classroom until finishing high school. Peter had commitments and loyalties to friends, family and Jesus. He enjoyed sports and other outdoor activities, particularly activities by the sea. I send my condolences to his family for their great loss of my longtime friend.
Our deepest sympathy for you.
We are in grief for your sudden lost, but we know you're at peace. And you will always be remembered in our hearts and memories of you will be treasured.
May your heart and soul find peace and comfort.

My heartfelt condolences to Peter's family, friends and loved ones.
I met Peter when he came to Montreal to visit his close friend Les. Pete was a caring and thoughtful person and Les was very fortunate to have such a long standing friendship with him. Peter will be greatly missed.
I am saddened to hear of Peters' passing. He always made time to visit Uncle George and Aunt Bertha when he was in Montreal. Family gatherings were special when we could all be together. These are difficult times for his family, all the wonderful memories will help these coming days and weeks a little less difficult.
Peter was a wonderful person with a quiet sense of humour. He was a dedicated attendee at the support group meetings and our informal coffee get-togethers at Coop Midtown. It was so great that he and Shirley were able to attend our PF picnic last July! All the other years he had to forego it because he was busy visiting family and working on his house in Nova Scotia. I will miss him very much, especially when we're able to have in-person meetings and he's not there. My deepest sympathy to Shirley, Sarah and all his family and friends. - Pat
Perter was my good friend for 20 years. My condolences to his family and close friends. He was a fine person of integrity and honour. It was a privilege to know him. Tom
I was truly sorry to hear of the passing of Peter. I have known Peter for many years from the good old days of St. Laurent Qc. Peter was a great friend of my late brother Les, who spoke of him often. His friendship and caring meant so much to him. All my sympathies to his family.
So sad to hear of Peter passing. Although I havn't seen him in quite a while, family is always in my heart. I remember when he brought Sara to his mom's when she was about a month old... oh the memories... again, my deepest sympathys to all the family.

I was truly saddened by the passing of Peter. I have known him since 1970 when we both started work out of school at Montreal Engineering in Montreal. Since then we worked together in Halifax NS and we often got together when he visited his family and grandchildren in Cape Breton over the years. My heartfelt condolences go out to spouse Shirley and daughter Sarah and family. He will be greatly missed by all
