Dear Don, Spencer, and Murray,
Our hearts go out to you in sending our condolences in losing Dorothy far too soon.
Our memories of Dorothy is how much she did behind the scenes to help with our local Scout Group - for example, she sewed uniform neckers for many years. Knowing Dorothy, she probably did a lot else for our youth and in supporting Don, Spencer, and Murray in their Scouting escapades.
Dorothy's hosting skills were second to none - we always felt welcome at the Hammill house and loved attending your annual Open House at Christmas - particularly the cocktails (says, Sheila)!
Dorothy will live on in our hearts and good memories.
Sincerely, Jean-Francois and Sheila Forget
Don and family. Our sincere condolences on your loss of your friend and partner in life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Losing your wife and partner is a tragedy that will have devastating effects. To have to say goodbye to the woman you loved like no other will be heartbreaking, and such a loss carried with the grieving partner forever.
I was lucky enough to dine with her in 3 different location in Canadian mountains, at UK as well as Dubai. In all those 3 times have seen lovely gestures and her kindness towards me. Her simplicity and smiling face shall be greatly missed. Rest in peace Dorothy.
Don and family, my deepest condolences on the loss of your wife. May you find peace and comfort in the coming weeks knowing she is in a better place.

Don, my condolences to you and your family. I can only imagine how heavy your heart must be at loosing your life partner and soul mate. I don't know the details of the cancer, but after experiencing that same with my Dad and several close friends over the years I have to believe your wife is in a better place. But that does not take away your pain, and so I grieve for you in your loss. Hang in there mate, eventually the sun comes out again.
