Charlie Clemente, beloved husband of Lydia Ancheta Clemente of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the age of 65 years.

Charlie was born and raised in Batac City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. After graduating with a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing, he later immigrated to Canada in July 1987 to join his family. Charlie worked at the Calgary General Hospital for a number of years before transferring to Talisman Center and retired at Hotel Arts. Charlie was an ultimate family man. His son, wife, and mother were everything to him. He was involved in every aspect of their lives. Charlie loved spending time with his family, travelling and biking. He was a light-hearted man, with his heart on his sleeve. He always put others needs first before his own.

Charlie is survived by his loving wife Lydia, mother Francisca, son Charles Louie. He is also survived by his family in Calgary, AB, parents-in-law, Abelardo and Amancia; brothers-in-law Jaime, and Sherwin (Baby Grace); sister-in-law Adelina (Roger), and with many more in the Philippines; brothers-in-law Jose (Maridel), Abelardo Jr. (Sheryl), and Avelino (Juvelyn); sisters-in-law Adrelina (Domingo), and Benalyn (Dante). Charlie will be missed by his many cousins, nieces and nephews in Canada and abroad. Charlie was predeceased by his sister Victoria, niece Baby Jane Victoria, and father Simplicio Sr. Charlie will be truly missed by his son, wife, mother and all who loved him.
