Obituary of Ellie ELLIS

It is with great sadness that the family of Ellie Ellis announce her passing on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the age of 91 years. 

Ellie was born in Drumheller on July 12, 1929. She was married in 1956 to her late husband Glen Lewis Ellis and they travelled all over North America together with oil and gas. After settling down in Calgary and raising her two boys, she volunteered for different organizations such as the Foothills and Rockyview Hospitals.

Ellie is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Darrell (Joanne) and Darren (Debbie); her loving grandchildren, Sarah, Aiden, Vivienne and Violet; and extended close family, LeeAndre, Jeremy and Emily. She is also survived by her younger sister Margaret Winn as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
