Obituary of Natisha Raquel (Nassie) EAR

Natisha Raquel (Nassie) Ear, was called home by our Creator on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at the age of 48 years.

Natisha was born in Calgary and raised in Morley. She received her education at Morley and Springbank Schools. During her youth, she enjoyed participating in and attending community and ceremonial events. Throughout the years, she completed programs and worked in various tribal administration departments. She loved spending time with her family and maintaining traditional/cultural teachings. She will be remembered for her humorous and cheerful nature, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. 

Natisha is survived by her sons, Chad (Nicalia), Devon (Shanessa), Chase (Eanna), Warren, and Mason; daughter Chrissy (Nikki), sister Jenard, adopted sisters, Michelle, Charlene, and Melrose; adopted brothers, Myron (Dianne) and Darcy (Kathy); aunts, Violet, Mary, Madeline, Frances (Donny), Christine, Marjorie (Frank), Virginia, Josephine; and numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Sam and Annie; paternal grandparents, Moses and Christine; maternal grandparents, Bella and Alec; sisters, Loretta and Sophia; and brothers, Sammy and Dion; brother-in-law, Wyatt, and nephew Tranden. A Wake will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Cochrane, 369 Railway Street, Cochrane, AB), on Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Cochrane, 369 Railway Street, Cochrane, AB), on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.  Graveside Service to follow at Bearspaw Cemetery (Morley, AB).  Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed on Natisha’s obituary at www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
