Obituary of Russell Norman ROBERTSON

Russ Robertson of Calgary, AB, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at the age of 60 years.

Russ was born on March 25, 1960 in Vancouver BC. He was very well-known as an intuitive and beautiful musician and guitar player. He was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, friend and much more to everyone whose lives he touched. He was also known for being sasquatch or teddy bear, loving to spend time with his family, friends, daughters and grandchildren. He enjoyed classic rock music and watching movies with his daughters and grandchildren. He was a biker in his younger years and met his loving wife, Dawn. They married on November 17, 1989 and had one daughter together. Russ took on her children from a prior relationship as if they were his own, which sealed their love. His extraordinary life circumstances that he overcame made him have amazing stories and he loved to tell them to anyone who would listen. He lived his life to the fullest. 

Besides his loving wife Dawn Robertson, Russ is survived by his mother Dorene Robertson, brother Randy Robertson, four children, Kelsey, Bradley. Trista and Doris; thirteen grandchildren, Jonas, Tanner, Mason, Logan, Reeanna, Crystal, Keisha, Rayne, Skylar, Logan, Ryder, Makayla and Tristyen; and one great-grandchild Nova.
