Condolences
Maureen and family, My deepest sympathy to you on the loss of your father. I hope your friends and family will
be of comfort during this sad time.
Condolences to the O'Connor Family from the Ryan Family.
My condolences to Vince's family on hearing the sad news of his death. We practiced together at Code Hunter where he was always so generous with his time, his wisdom and most importantly, his geniality. I remember him with such fondness. My sympathies to his children and grandchildren. Judy Boyes
In addition to being a very well respected lawyer Vince was always the perfect gentleman. The smartest and greatest talents conduct themselves as Vince did, with constant grace and uncalled for humility. We share the family's grief and mourn his loss. Sincere condolences, Mike and Carol Major
Our world is a lesser place without Uncle Vince. Always the gentleman, never afraid of having fun, and the best role model a small town boy could ever have. He always had generosity, good advice, and time for me. His impact and legacy is huge. The way he lived his life has earned his spot in heaven with Aunt Dean.
I am saddened to hear of Vince's death but my sadness is assuaged when I think of the good long life he lead. Vince and I were colleagues for many years and I was privileged to be one of those from whom he frequently sought advice and with whom he generously and cheerfully, for he was always cheerful, shared his knowledge and experience. Vince exemplified the virtues that make great lawyers; care for his clients, a desire to always be right in his advice, the love of justice and mercy that is encumbent on us all and did it all with constant kindness and patience. I treasure memories of the times we spent in each other’s company.

Sometimes there are not words enough to express a proper tribute and condolence. I have nothing but fond memories of this lovely man. He was truly a gentleman who personified the 'Family Man" . He was a wise, caring and welcoming influence on me for most of my life and I will miss enormously. You were truly a lucky family to have this husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. You are all in our thoughts.
My brother Jim and I send our sincere sympathy to Vince's family. He was indeed a real gentleman and always such a wonderful example of what it means to be a good person. I am grateful for the help and support he offered on various occasions. We keep you in our prayer at this time and trust that Vince is truly enjoying the presence of our loving God.

I recall many fond memories when Mr. O'Connor would seat me down and gave me a project to do. He would start with a short story during our visits. His jokes could be dry at times, but I had learned to laugh with him. I look forward to his twice a week work days to share our stories. He was always proud of his family and often told me their great achievements. I would always remember his dedication, his solid expertise in wills and estates area and most importantly his honourable character and willingness to mentor the next generation. My condolence to the family for the loss.
Please take care,
-S. Martin
A beautiful man. All the AMAZING memories of my childhood, especially Christmas and Chestermere. He is O'Connor and I am so blessed to have been a part of his world.
Uncle Vincent
For the test of the heart is trouble
And it always comes with years.
And the smile that is worth the praises of earth
Is the smile that shines through the tears.
May you rest in eternal peace. I know you are in the embrace of other loved ones who went before you.
To my O'Connor Clan - May you find peace in the loving memories of a great man. Hugs to you all.
Love,
Tricia Mary
I remember our long discussions on any subject following a Family gathering. His favourite was always Family.
Music! He knew all the songs I could sing. Or did he make sure I knew all his tunes? And the accordion! Vince was now mobile!
Solid, confident, upright. I love him.
Do not give Uncle Vince a tool! When I was growing up a lot of projects were completed at the cabin on chestemere. Vince was the designated walking wounded slivers cuts bruises always bandages! More reasons to deplete the beer pot.
He was our silent patriarch.
Family first and always. We will keep his memory through a dram a song and hugs
