Condolences
I will always deeply treasure my memories with Nana. I spent many long and fun filled childhood summers visiting her and grandpa; exploring their wonderful cat filled home and beautiful garden, going on trips around Calgary, taking hovercraft tours in Drumheller, and driving to the countryside to help check on the many bird houses they carefully tended to. She was warm, kind, and always went out of her way to make sure we had something fun and new to do every day I was there. Because of her, those were some of the happiest days of my life.
I know that her kindness, good humour and love for animals all helped me to grow into the person I am today. I will carry a part of her with me for the rest of my life.
I am so sorry I was not able to see you again in your final years, Nana. I would give anything to spend one more day with you, just like we used to. I love you, and I will always miss you.
Thank you for the Obituary notice, Patrick. Our hearts are with you on this day. We all loved your Mom and will remember her forever. Please accept our love and prayers.
