Obituary of Harold Joseph CHAPESKIE

May 2, 1948 -    Killaloe, Renfrew County   Ontario

April 12, 2021 - Calgary    Alberta

Harold beloved father and grandfather, passed away on April 12, 2021 at the age of 72 years.

Harold was a hard working, caring man who would do everything he could to help others in need. Anyone who knows Harold will tell you he could usually be found at work, where he spent most of his time. On those rare occasions when he was not working, Harold enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved the outdoors, fishing, camping and the occasional holiday to somewhere sunny. In his early years Harold enjoyed skiing, playing golf, and playing hockey. He still loved hockey, never missing a Montreal Canadians game.

Harold left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He will always be remembered by his family, friends, and coworkers as a man who was tough as nails and still had a heart of gold.

He will be deeply missed by his three daughters Lisa (Alain), Carrie (Jorgen) and Michelle (Terry); his grandchildren Austin, Daniel, Matthew, Joshua. Nicholas and Trevor;  his sisters Teresa and Marie; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Harold is predeceased by his parents August and Mary Chapeskie and his five brothers Thomas, Michael, Joseph, Gerald, and John.
