Obituary of Fay Eleanor WINNING (nee Rodney)

April 9, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta

The family wish to announce the peaceful passing of Fay Eleanor Winning of Calgary, AB, on Friday, April 9, 2021 at the age of 98 years.

Predeceased by her dear husband Dr. Martin D. Winning in 1990, and by her eldest son James E. Winning in 2015. For nearly 100 years, Fay graced us with her sweet, kind and gentle presence. She was a mother, a sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Fay was an active member of Knox United Church. She loved to garden, to walk in the mountains, and to be with family and friends.  She held the position of dietitian in several Alberta hospitals and in Toronto, Ontario. Fay was optimistic; always seeing the best in others. Dearly loved by her family, she will be cherished and remembered by many.
